All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

We currently offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.

Please note that processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

ENURA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, ENURA is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misplaced packages. If you experience an issue with your delivery, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. However, please feel free to reach out to us, and we will do our best to assist you.
